That is exactly what I was told by the customer support supervisor I asked to speak to at Clear.com today. This after being without internet service for 30 hours, when we had been told the problem would be resolved in 2-24 hours. So I assume being without internet service for the 24 hours previous WAS normal?
She also told me that their standard response to these situations is restoration in 24-48 hours. If so, then why did the 4 previous reps I spoke to on this issue all say 2-24 hours?
Inconsistency. Another good reason to be leaving soon.
Creational and relational type Renaissance man (writer, singer, thinker) holding to C.S Lewis's credo that if you follow truth originality takes care of itself, (anyway, originality is so yesterday, anyway.) That I have my wonderful wife Jasini is proof enough for me that life isn't fair. If it was fair I wouldn't have her, and instead she is my most faithful example that I am blessed beyond measure. My two adult children are the same unmerited blessing to me. We should all be thankful life is not fair but blessed.

Just got home, and internet is back up. Of course, it is a modem internet, and they made us move it to another spot in the house, with another tower that gave us dial-up connection speed. Good enough to check e-mail, but not for my class work. And that spot doesn’t find the good tower. I had to move it back to its original spot to discover that it was working. No one let us know everything it was back on.

It’s back on now, fortunately. Still getting some hesitation sometimes, though.
