The 11t
h grade yearbook was dedicated to Mr. Schultz. I have good recollections of his perennial presence at the school during regular maintenance and special events like the senior play. Does anyone have any specific stories they would like to share?

I always remembered that we graduated with 28 people, but maxed out at 34. If I am counting right, we have 30 pictures in this class yearbook. Does anyone remember how true or not the 34 figure was?

I also have a varsity soccer recollection — which hopefully isn’t sour grapes sounding. I remember coach Stewart telling the entire varsity that they need to run a mile and a half under a specific time to be able to play on the first string — I remember 12 minutes. That was something I could work for and do. Only something like 2 or 3 of us actually made that cut when the final test was run (Lightfoots and running — why did it take me to this year to run my first 5K — or do my first triathlon later this month?). So he didn’t hold to his word, either in limiting those who didn’t make it, or in putting those who did (specifically me — most of the others who made it were the intended first string) on the first string for even one game for achieving the goal. Well, I guess it is sour grapes — and I can remember it after all these years. How accurate do some of you think my memory of this is?

For the rest of the pictures in this b
log, there are a lot of fun scenes. How many people here remember the background for any of them? I really hope people can share their memories on those pictures, and the other things I shared earlier, even if it does contradict what I remember. Memory is an odd thing, after all.
So, 11th grade at TTBHS, really close to the final year, and then the reunion. How many people are excited and planning to attend?
