Fitness Update: lull continues

This week’s fitness update is going to be a short one.

Got 4 laps/100 yards swimming in at the Caribbean Cooler on Sunday. My only  swimming for the week. Didn’t get a run in: hard to get up early to do them on the current work schedule (need to find right time/motivation). Cycling I got another 42 miles it.  With the commuting that is the one area I can guarantee I get something in.

Had a couple of days is a row where I missed my MisFit numbers as well. Back up on them the rest of the week.

I need to think outside the box to get more swimming and running in. Need to get back to the YMCA to swim. We will see how this week works out.
