Fitness Update: Powerless

Okay, how does one keep fit while the temperatures are over 100 and the electricity is out?

Okay, that is only 2 days out of the past week. But those days delayed my writing of this blog.

They also got us to do more swimming at Oceans of Fun. Or at least floating. Staying fit is also staying cool and hydrated.

So I got bike miles in for work, no running in the heat, but enough swimming/wading.
