Fitness Update: Run again

Well this week was for getting behind on the bicycle miles for the month, but getting in a run again. It was the first run in just over a month. And my pace was pretty decent — my base 6 mph.

Now I need to get some treadmill miles in.  I want to practice 1 mile distances at 10 mph to see if I can get my mile down toward 6 minutes.  I have until January to get ready for the PR Mile run to beat last year’s 6:51 time.
