Last Monday I wrote about my footpath around Kearney to get a dentist appointment. When I left Kearney after securing the appointment I headed home to pick my daughter up. Because we were already an hour late for the Worlds of Fun Employee Appreciation day.
In fact, I only got 15 minutes, and my daughter got maybe 30 to 45 minutes. Because I had to turn right around and head back to Kearney to meet the dentist. If the dentist office had given us the appointment 2 hours earlier when it made sense, my daughter would not have been deprived of her rightful time at Worlds of Fun, and I would have had a relaxed time — at least as much as was possible while under intense head pressure and mouth pain.
