A quick nutrition note

“Cashews and Craisins for breakfast.”

“That is better than a Peanut Butter Cookie 2-pack from QT. It includes the basic three: protein fats and carbs.”

” But what about roughage? My basic three is Fats, Proteins and Roughage. That is why dairy covers it all: you have Fats and Protein, and you let the cow take care of the Roughage.”
