Fitness Update: Chiropractor

Well, this week I managed to complete, just barely, the mileage quota for November, and then haven’t biked yet since.

I finally saw the chiropractor today, for whatever really hit me on Friday, and found something really locked up in my upper back.  I’m feeling much better, but I still think I need to get some extra sleep tonight to catch up for how it wore me out over the past few days.
