The same day the shingles and siding came off, the new roof deck went up. See below in pictures. The roof felt was also supposed to go on, but with the short winter day the contractor ran out of time. See below:

Here the contractor is opening up the back wall and removing the section of damaged ceiling -- which gives a good view through the opened ceiling to the full extent of the roof damage.
